Meet Our Dedicated HVAC Team

Rusty Pardee started working with his father, Charles R. Pardee, in 1972 at Pardee's Refrigeration and A/C. With 54+ years of experience passed down generationally has made him a trusted figure in the field. Rusty grew up in the Eau Claire area, therefore, providing honest and timely service in his hometown community is of the utmost importance to him.

Brad Pardee is a 4th generation owner passed down by his dad, Rusty Pardee. He comes with 30 years of personal Refrigeration and A/C experience. Alongside of many years of Refrigeration and HVAC experience he is currently attending Liberty University for ertification in Biblical Studies since becoming and ordained Pastor. Brad most enjoys developing lasting relationships with his customers.

Wayne Richburg has been apart of Pardee's Refrigeration and A/C team for 18 years. He says he enjoys most "getting things done, running duct and all of the customers." -Wayne

Our newest member of the team is Jake Epps. He graduated as an officer from Camden Military school and has obtained a BS in Retail Management from UofSC. His well rounded background and education helps him to excel in HVAC by providing him with leadership skills, teamwork and quality service. He enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, precision and helping people.

Charles R. Pardee, along with his brother Francis, assumed ownership and operations of Pardee's Refrigeration and A/C in 1954. Charles grew up in and loved the community of Eau Claire. He was a supporter of the school's athletics department. He also valued honesty and integrity with his work in this community.

Francis served in the US Navy in World War II. In 1954 he assumed ownership with his brother, Charles R. Pardee, in 1954. Francis resided in the Lake Murray/Ballentine area and was a founding member of Dutch Fork Baptist Church and was the builder their first sanctuary.

Roscoe founded Pardee's as a refrigeration company in 1937. As Air Conditioning evolved it was introduced as a line of services provided by his company. He valued honesty as an integral part of the business and services. He retired in 1954 passing down ownership and operations to Francis and Charles Pardee.
